BST uses Microsoft Access database software extensively throughout the company as a desktop database application, but they were not using it to its full potential, there was no communication among employees which caused a duplication of efforts.

This department needed a database to store information pertaining to its healthcare providers including Names, Offices, Malpractice Insurance, Licensing, Work History, Hospital Residency, Internship and Certifications.

Several custom designed databases were created to generate multiple reports based on specific criteria. We also provided a tie-in to Microsoft Word for mail merging letters.
